The conference will be held at the University of Newcastle City Campus, specifically the NUSpace on the corner of Hunter St and Auckland St; Q Building, 16B Honeysuckle Drive Newcastle, and conducted in the AEST timezone over three days. The zoom invitation has been circulated to all conference attendees ahead of the conference and is included in the conference programme below. Please note that all abstracts are contained in the programme.
Room Details
- On Wednesday (Day 1), the A sessions will be held in room X802 and the B sessions in room X803, while the keynote will be held in room X803.
- On Thursday (Day 2), the A sessions will be held in room Q210 and the B sessions in room Q211, while the keynote will be held in room Q205.
- On Friday (Day 3), the A sessions will be held in room Q210 and the B sessions in room Q211, while the keynote will be held in room Q205.
Refreshments / Social
- The refreshments/break area is The NUSpace lobby.
- The reception on Wednesday evening will be held at the Clarendon Hotel (347 Hunter St, Newcastle)
- The conference dinner on Thursday evening will be held at the Honeysuckle Hotel (Lee Wharf C, Lot 31, Honeysuckle Dr, Newcastle).
Graduate and ECR presenters are eligible for the Best Paper Prize, which is judged by the AEMA committee and awarded after the conference.
